CZN Burak Gurme combines the past and the future by creating twists in time with modern touches inspired by the traditions and authenticity of Turkish Cuisine. We try to offering customers with a more potent, striking and a must-taste experience both locally and internationally by feeding off the traditions and authenticity of Turkish cuisine while adding modern touches. It is our vision is to instill a love of food in young populations by fusing the deep-rooted flavours of Turkish cuisine and Istanbul culture with modern illusions, resulting in a dynamic, fun, and lifestyle experience.
The Gourmet Experience
Focusing on the gourmet Turkish breakfast as well as the youth society, CZN Burak Gurme aims to bring Turkish cuisine back “in-Vogue”. CZN Burak Gurme can have many connotations, but at our restaurant, it has just one, “creating an illusion” with its cuisine. Best described as a gourmet experience, it amalgamates traditional global and Turkish classics, with global in- fluences, contemporary presentations, culinary styles, and ambiance. It is a quirky, chic, modern, entertaining, and dynamic Turkish restaurant , where guests enjoy a sensory experience through the casual modern Turkish cuisine, with a high energy ambiance. Infusing a gener- ous dose of Turkish flavors, CZN Burak Gurme presents Turkish cuisine where culinary art meets the alchemy of modern presentations and cooking techniques to absorb the guest into the ultimate gastronomic illusion.
Design & Architecture
CZN Burak Gourmet Restaurant is not only a unique architectur- al experience, but an exceptionally adaptable venue designed to transform effortlessly between casual dining parlors, vibrant event spaces and everything in between.
The restaurant interior was crafted to evoke the feeling of “order”, a Turkish word encompassing both melancholic nostalgia and bittersweet remembrance. Through careful attention to the details of finishes and furnishings, traditional Turkish motifs and mosaics provide aesthetic continuity throughout the restaurant. Warm tones of mustard and olive colors with accents of bright white layers on the ceilings, cement texture walls, and columns add to the grandeur and authenticity of this splendidly immersive space.
